1. Acceptance
By using GoSawaari (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who may use GoSawaari
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a legally binding contract in India, and provide accurate contact details. Phone numbers must be your own.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after your advance payment clears and a driver accepts the trip. Our fare displays, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown before you book. Pricing may change over time; you are charged according to the fare locked at booking.
4. Conduct
Treat drivers, passengers, and support staff with respect. Illegal activity, harassment, or damaging a driver's vehicle may result in account suspension and legal action.
5. Driver terms
Drivers must maintain valid licence, insurance, and vehicle documents, and complete trips they have claimed. Repeated cancellations may lead to deposit forfeiture and account suspension.
6. Service limitations
GoSawaari is a marketplace that connects riders with drivers. We don't guarantee availability of drivers for every route, time, or cab category. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time.
7. Liability
GoSawaari is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Service beyond what is required by applicable Indian law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you create a booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be notified via email.
