What we collect
Phone number (for OTP sign-in), name, email (optional for receipts), and pickup addresses and payment details when you book. Drivers additionally share licence, PAN, and vehicle documents. We don't store full payment card details — those live with Razorpay.
Why we collect it
To create your account, process bookings, assign drivers, send OTPs and receipts, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
How we store it
Phone-OTP codes are hashed. Database and backups are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to admin team members on a need-to-know basis.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties required to deliver your trip — the assigned driver sees your name, phone, pickup address, and OTPs. Payment data is processed by Razorpay (payment gateway), email by Resend, SMS by MSG91. No data is sold or rented to third parties.
Your choices
You can update your email, name, and bank details any time from your account. For data deletion requests, email support@gosawaari.com. Note that we retain booking records for the period required by Indian tax and consumer protection law.
